Identify necessary help
Context-sensitive help is very essential in this kind of an environment to
reduce disorientation and cognitive
overhead. In this context, all the six node types and twelve link types must be well
defined with examples so that users understand the exact classification of information.
Help can be provided in terms of examples of hypertext collections created out of
templates. Such templates can also be used for personal notes
or annotations. Help can also be in the form of feedback on interaction
states, reactive choices available at a particular state, navigational cues
etc.
